November 2015. Conducted two-week data journalism seminar for students at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

May 22, 2015. Conducted day-long CAR training for graduate students. Leipzig University, Germany.

May 24, 2013. Introduction to data journalism. Zhjiang University, Hangzhou, China.

June 27-29, 2011. Africa Health and Development Communication Conference, in Nairobi, Kenya. Conference sponsored by Daystar University and the University of Nigeria in Kenya; Makerere University in Uganda, St. Augustine University in Tanzania and others. Conducted half-day CAR training for working journalists from several East African countries.
